Open data Base Connectivity (ODBC) allows you to extract data from Tally to Excel using custom SQL query, If you have advanced knowledge in Excel then you can create a Pivot Table out of extracted Data and analyse data based on different parameters and helps in MIS Reporting as well.

We have provided many ODBC Solutions to customers where Reports are more and if we customize each report in Tally then cost will be very high, instead of this we give a Master data extract of all fields in master or Transactions extracted in Excel which can be refreshed to get the latest data from Tally.
